Our service and independent status

TripForm.ai is an independent private software service. We help users extract, prepare, validate, save, and review travel information and guide users towards the appropriate official submission process. We are not affiliated with the Royal Thai Government or any immigration authority and are not a law firm, visa issuer, or travel agency. Thailand's official TDAC can be submitted directly for free through the official government website.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Review every field before authorising submission.
• Use only genuine passport, flight, accommodation, and declaration information.
• Keep your private application link and device secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
• Check visa, passport-validity, health, and entry requirements independently.

Service fee and payment

Thailand arrival-card information preparation costs US$0.10 per traveller. The order total increases when additional travellers are added. This is a TripForm.ai private software service fee; the Thailand government TDAC submission fee is US$0.00. Prices on our website are displayed in US dollars. Airwallex or another disclosed payment provider may present and settle the corresponding amount in your local currency. No account, subscription or credit balance is created for this service.

Authority for other travellers

If you provide another traveller's information, including a child's passport, you confirm that you are authorised by that person or by the child's parent or legal guardian to provide, store, review, and use that information for the selected travel-document service.

Digital delivery

TripForm.ai sells a digital travel-document assistance service. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping fee applies. Your order is confirmed electronically after successful payment. See our Digital Delivery Policy for details.

Refunds and satisfaction guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with a purchase made directly through TripForm.ai, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days after successful payment. Our Refund & Guarantee Policy explains how to request it and the limited safeguards against duplicate refunds, payment disputes, fraud, and abuse.

User review and no guarantee of entry

You remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy and completeness of all information before continuing or authorising any submission. TripForm.ai does not provide immigration, legal, or travel-agent advice and cannot guarantee acceptance, processing time, admission, or entry. Immigration authorities make all entry decisions and official rules and systems may change without notice.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to impersonate another person without authority, submit false declarations, bypass security controls, interfere with official systems, resell the service, or violate applicable law.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to government sites, airlines, hotels, payment networks, or other third parties. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms for legal, security, or product reasons. We may refuse or cancel use involved in fraud, abuse, or material violations. Current terms will remain available on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot be excluded.
