Refund & Guarantee Policy

What the guarantee covers

The guarantee applies to the paid travel-document preparation service purchased directly from TripForm.ai. It applies whether or not processing has started. No cancellation fee is charged.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@tripform.ai from the email address connected to your TripForm.ai account.
2. Use the subject line “Refund request”.
3. Include your payment or order ID if available so we can locate the purchase quickly.

You do not need to complete a questionnaire or attend a retention call. We will confirm the outcome by email.

How refunds are returned

An approved refund is sent to the original payment method. Processing time after we issue it is controlled by the payment provider, card network, bank, or wallet provider, so the refund may not appear immediately.

Limited exceptions

Our satisfaction guarantee is unconditional as to whether you liked the service, but a refund cannot be used to create a duplicate payment reversal or facilitate unlawful activity. We may decline or pause a request only when:

• the payment was never successfully captured, is still pending, or has already been refunded;
• a chargeback or payment dispute for the same transaction is already open; or
• there is credible evidence of fraud, a stolen payment method, deliberate abuse, or unlawful use.

These safeguards do not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

What we do and do not guarantee

We guarantee the refund promise above, not a visa, immigration approval, admission to a country, or uninterrupted availability of a government website. TripForm.ai is an independent travel-document assistant. Government authorities make all immigration and entry decisions.

Our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
